Moreland Teachers Association (MTA)

We are an association of over 240 certificated employees of the Moreland School District in Santa Clara County, California. We are classroom teachers, counselors, speech therapists, school psychologists, instructional coaches, and more.

 

MTA is our professional voice and represents all Moreland educators in mediation issues with our employer, including employment conditions and employer-employee relations.

We are here to serve the needs of our students through the establishment of a safe and positive learning environment at every site. We focus on professional growth and empowerment through extended opportunities and support to expand personal potential.

 

We are affiliated with the California Teachers Association and the National Education Association.
